I already have land. Can you build a house for me?
Yes, we can. While we typically purchase land and then build and sell, we are equally happy to build your home on your land.
You operate with a small team and manage it all yourselves. How long will it take to build my home?
Typically 18 weeks. You may be surprised to know that we complete homes in about half the industry average time. That’s because we focus on building one at a time and do the vast majority of the work ourselves – meaning we’re in control of the entire project.
Are there any additional costs if I buy a Klinsic Constructions home?
Unless we are building on your land, our homes are sold as ready-to-live and are just that, meaning there are no additional site or construction costs.
