Klinsic Constructions is a family company, focused on building quality homes for other Sydney families and investors. We’ve been doing this for over 15 years, with another 25 years spent building commercial projects across Australia. We build with pride and passion – you can tell by the level of detail we put into our work, and because we do almost all the work ourselves rather than using contractors. We do things the right way to achieve the best result. The old saying ‘They don’t make them like they used to’? Well, at Klinsic Constructions, we do make them like they used to. With care and a focus on quality over quantity – we only build one house at a time, so there’s no distraction and no competing interests. It’s also why we ‘buy, build, sell’ – we purchase the land, build the house, and then sell the completed home. We own the home until we sell it. We treat it as if we were building our very own family home, each and every time.
